Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be closed immediately and any winnings forfeited.

  All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. 8f77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with no currency conversion fee. 8f77 does not accept cash deposits or payments from third parties.   Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players whose KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved. Verified accounts in good standing may expect same-day processing for requests submitted during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). 8f77 reserves the right to apply additional verification before releasing any payout. Withdrawal requests may be declined where fraud or breach of Terms is suspected.
• 5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements ▼
  All bonuses and promotional offers on 8f77 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the offer is made. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must meet the stated rollover requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Free spin winnings are subject to the same wagering requirement unless specifically stated otherwise. 8f77 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion without prior notice. Bonus abuse, including operating multiple accounts, collusion, or placing opposing bets to exploit a promotion, will result in immediate bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of winnings.   The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of all funds: (a) providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC; (b) using another person's identity or payment method without authorisation; (c) operating more than one account; (d) colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage; (e) using automated software, bots, or AI tools to interact with the Platform; (f) exploiting software errors or technical faults for financial gain; (g) engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity through the Platform; (h) initiating chargebacks or reversals on legitimate transactions with your payment provider. 8f77 cooperates with relevant authorities where required by law.
• 7 Intellectual Property ▼
  All content on the 8f77 platform — including website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of 8f77 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 8f77.

  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8f77 shall not be liable for: (a) any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or data; (c) any interruption or suspension of the Platform for any reason; (d) errors in game outcomes, jackpot amounts, or displayed odds resulting from technical faults. In the event of a software malfunction causing an incorrect outcome or payout, 8f77 reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state.
• 9 Account Suspension and Closure ▼
  8f77 may suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the account has been used for fraud, illegal activity, or money laundering; (c) the player has provided false information during registration or KYC; (d) closure is necessary to protect the Platform or other players. Upon closure for cause, 8f77 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Players wishing to close voluntarily may contact our support team; genuine balances will be returned after any outstanding wagering requirements are cleared.
• 10 Dispute Resolution ▼
  In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or account transaction, the Player must submit a written complaint to 8f77 support at [email protected] within 30 days of the event. 8f77 will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve them within 14 business days. For disputes relating to game outcomes, the result recorded in our server logs shall be considered conclusive in the absence of a demonstrable technical error. 8f77's decision on disputes is final unless an independent third-party adjudicator is engaged. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
